Adam was extremely helpful and understood what my requirements where and helped me select the right space that I would need to store my tools and equipment. There was no sales pressure and I felt comfortable. Answered all relevant questions and I said "lets do the deal".
Adam even gave assistance to unload a very heavy trolley on wheels from my utility.
Adam certainly went above the norm and went the extra mile to make such a task for me seem so effortless and stress free, and even though it was coming to the end of his shift, the gentleman served with a genuine smile and enthusiasm. Hard trait to find in this world, but its good to know, there are still a few people around, like Adam.
