They make it sound like you can refund your purchase, but at the very bottom of the page it says no refunds if you change your mind. Was told over the phone that it would be ok to refund the item, drove all the way to the shop, dropped of my purchase, was told that I would get my money back, just to get a call once I was at home again saying that I won't. But I am welcome to drive back again to pick something else.
