- Carissa Naidoo Added May 19, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I booked an end of lease clean for Monday (our lease ended on the Friday) through Michael at Clean and Clear, this was only meant to be a days work. On Monday he turned up 2.5 hours late and asked for an extra $150 and an additional half a day to complete this job, we agreed. On Tuesday afternoon we inspected the house and nothing had been completed. Michael stated he had a staff member off sick and would have it completed by Wednesday at the latest. Wednesday night we inspected, again, nothing had been completed. I spoke to him on Thursday morning, he stated he was currently at the house cleaning and would have it completed. I turned up to check he was completing the clean and he was not there! Michael had continuously lied and has caused an enormous amount of stress. We now have to try and find another cleaner a day before the lease ends. I strongly do not recommend booking this company!
