- Brent Heber Added April 02, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Asked Rob to quote on our Ikea kitchen in February. He didnt get a chance to look at it or respond until I chased him late March 4 weeks later. By then the ikea design I sent him had expired and had to resend it and was told he would resend me a quote that evening, nothing. Chased him again a week later by email. Rang a week after that. Finally got an answer from him in Mid April on the last day of an Ikea sale when we could have been purchasing a stack of gear 40% off that he "wasn't interested in the job". If he had just said he wasnt interested back in Feb my family could have been researching and working with a different contractor this whole time. Stay away if you want someone reliable or responsive.
