Sometimes, I have got extra help to clean windows or someone help to fill up the tank when their staff are free. Honestly, they are the best that I have ever been. However Peter let me know that the car was known for its quality and would probably just need some repairs for wear and tear. He let me know after the team took a look what work was needed. When I came to pick up the car, it looked nice and clean and drove better which I hadn't expected. I was very pleased with the service. Thanks to Peter and the team for a great job!

Franks Automotive really got me out of trouble when my break light wasn’t working prior to my drivers test!! They weren’t even open, but through kindness and empathy fixed my break light so that I could take my exam.
