- Angela Kargilis Added September 28, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆We bought a top of the range Jetmaster gas fire four years ago and have had to service it every year since then at $210 plus parts at the beginning of each winter. The remote control has been difficult and frustrating to operate from day one and has meant that we've had to turn the power off and on to reset it a few times before trying to turn it on again. Jetmaster has no solution or help for this and I have to wait for two weeks for a service call. If you are thinking of buying one allow at least $210 annually and get in early before it gets cold to book your service. Not happy.
